Take about 100 grams of toor from, wash thoroughly and cut peices of tomato paste, you .. about 250 ml of water and cook in a pressure cooker about 6 or 7 minutes. Remove from heat and heating / stove for cooking and warmth .. then add the curry leaves, a teaspoon of salt and about two teaspoons full of rasam powder (do so at any Indian grocery store) ... Heat to a boil (do not cook too long, so that the flavor is lost), remove the flame and add the lemon juice .. about twoTablespoons and mix ... Then in a saucepan about a teaspoon of pure ghee, heat and when hot, add 1 / 4 teaspoon black mustard seeds, 1 / 4 teaspoon of cumin and a pinch of Hing (asafoetida) .. add the contents of hot rasam and mix well .. chopped coriander then eat! (Note: this rasam would be thick and you could alter the quantities of all ingredients to customize your personal preference .. it is also best to make your own rasam powder ... and the tadka is very, veryimportant .. makes the difference .. )
