Traditional Greek cuisine. This stew can be used in the oven in a covered roaster, slow cooker and pressure cooker use of limited time. Here I use a pot with meat and onions and prepare the stove for cooking. The cooking time is 3 hours, unless you use a pressure cooker. Stifado is traditionally made with rabbit.
